How does on-device AI work?

PAYO uses ONNX-optimized AI models that run directly on your phone's CPU/GPU. The models are downloaded once during setup and then work completely offline. No data is ever sent to external servers.

Do I need an internet connection?

Only for the initial setup to download AI models (~75MB). After that, all AI features work 100% offline. Transactions can sync when you're back online.

What languages does voice recognition support?

Currently English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia). The Whisper model supports 99+ languages, and we're adding more based on user demand.

Is my data really private?

Yes! All AI processing happens on your device. No audio, images, or transaction data is ever sent to our servers or any third party. You own your data completely.

What devices are supported?

PAYO works on Android 8.0+ and iOS 13+. For optimal AI performance, we recommend devices with at least 4GB RAM.

How much does it cost?

PAYO is free during beta. We plan to offer a freemium model with basic features free forever and premium features for power users.
